Terms and Conditions
**THIS PAGE IS VERY IMPORTANT**
We use the following standard terms and conditions for all orders we process.
To avoid any surprises, please read this section carefully before
placing your order.
PRICING: All published prices are subject to change without notice. Please verify the pricing with us at the time you place your order.
QUANTITIES: On all manufactured goods, the quantities you receive may be 10% above or below the quantity you ordered. This is due to intentional production overruns which allow us to discard blemished or defective product during post-production quality control.
For example if you order 1,000 pieces you may receive as many as 1,100 or as few as 900, which would constitute a complete order. We will bill you for the actual number of pieces we ship to you.
TERMS: We require 55% of the total cost of your order (via check,
cash, credit card, or wire transfer) as a deposit when you place your order and
the balance (in certifide funds) prior to shipment of finished product. We accept
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We will also work with you
to minimize your costs for whatever shipping method you require.
FREIGHT: Product pricing does not include freight charges. If you like, we will estimate the freight charges when you place your order. We will also work with you to minimize your costs for what ever shippng method you require.
COPYRIGHTS: You are solely responsible for procuring any and all copyrights, licenses, or other legal clearances for material you submit to us for manufacture. You are also responsible for paying any and all royalties, licensing fees, or promotional fees for your use of the material included in the products we manufacture. We must have our Warranty, Indemnification, and Personal Guarantee Agreement signed and on file before processing your order.
MASTERING: The pricing in this package assumes that you are providing us with fully mastered material in the correct format for each product type you order. Your master must be a Red Book Standard Master, or additional charges will be incurred to complete your mastering.
